Ford has been recognised as the Van Manufacturer of the year at the annual Fleet van awards as highlighted on an insurance quote blog.
This is the second year running that Ford have been awarded this honour. It seems that their research into the industry and obtaining knowledge of what customers want have paid off yet again.
Ford won the award in 2008 and their continued commitment has enabled them to take the award for the second year.
The main emphasis of their vans seem to be based on the principle of providing low running costs and good fuel economy, which is a main attraction for main business owners.
Steve Kimber, commercial vehicles director at Ford of Britain, said: “It is great to see the continual investment we make in our van range recognised like this and our reputation and standing in the fleet market are sure to benefit.”
In a time when companies and individuals are looking to keep costs to a minimum and save money where they can, it seems that Ford are offering something to help you do just that.
They offer a broad range of business vehicles like the Ford Ranger, Ford Transit and other commercial vans. If you are looking to save additional money then why not consider buying a used commercial van.
