If you need a van for your business but don’t want to drive a typical white van then look no further than the Ford Transit Sport Van. The SportVan features distinctive wide bonnet stripes, a twin exhaust, 18″ alloy wheels, low profile 234/45 tyres and muscular style statements.
The inside of the Transit SportVan is just as impressive as the outside with kado trim, a 6-disc CD changer, air conditioning, passenger airbag, cruise control, electric windows, a perimeter alarm, ABS and ESP all of which come as standard. The interiors are certainly a step up from that of normal vans and are much more akin to what you would find in a car.
To back up the Transits sporty appearance there is a 2.2-litre Duratorq TDCi engine beneath the bonnet that produces an impressive 140ps and 350nm of torque. All of this power is easily harnessed thanks to the six-speed gearbox. The SportVan is based on a short wheel based Transit that has a 900kg payload
The Transit SportVan comes in a range of three colours. You can choose from Panther Black, which will come with silver bonnet stripes, Sea Grey, which will come with silver bonnet stripes or Frozen White, which will come with Blue bonnet stripes.
While the Ford Transit SportVan may look like it should be doing a couple laps at the Nurburgring it is still an excellent work van and more than capable of doing any job it is asked, just as you would expect from Ford Transit Vans.
